The Estimator manages the entire estimating process, creating budgets and serving as a liaison between Development and Production teams. They are responsible for soliciting quotes from vendors, conducting site visits, and maintaining cost databases to mitigate financial liability.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in budgeting and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred but not required.
