Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in risk management, audit, or compliance. Candidates should possess advanced knowledge of operational risk and experience leading teams within a regulated financial services environment.
The Segment Risk Manager provides risk leadership for the Consumer and Regional Bank (CRB), with a strong focus on vendor and third-party risk management. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for vendor due diligence, onboarding risk support, ongoing oversight, monitoring, testing, documentation, and related risk activities. You will serve as a risk subject matter expert, helping connect vendor risk activities with broader risk processes such as controls, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, New Products and Services, Change Management, and business resumption planning. This role works closely with business leaders, risk partners, compliance, audit, legal, procurement, and other stakeholders to identify risks, support governance and escalation, resolve issues, and promote strong supplier resiliency practices.
