The Associate Director will oversee and execute marriage preparation processes while providing training and resources to clergy and parish staff. They are also responsible for managing evangelization communications and directing diocesan summits and programs.
A Bachelor's degree in Theology, Evangelization, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates must have five to seven years of ministry experience and a deep understanding of Catholic Church teachings on marriage.
