Misión: El área de plataformas, dispositivos y Servicios de Valor Agregado se encarga de implementar y evolucionar plataformas de red de tecnología móvil para dar funcionalidades de valor agregado a los clientes de líneas móviles.
1.Análisis de requisitos de las necesidades que presentan las áreas de negocio
2. Identificación de soluciones tecnológicas a implementar que cubran los requisitos de negocio y que cumplan con las especificaciones técnicas y de seguridad de Telefónica México.
3. Seguimiento y control de proyectos de implementación con el proveedor y con las áreas usuarias.
4. Aseguramiento de la calidad de las plataformas y servicios entregados.
5. Cumplimiento de los procedimientos de liberación y despliegue acorde a la metodología de Tecnología.
6. Planificación sobre la evolución e implementación de nuevas plataformas de red y servicios de valor agregado.
1. Seguimiento y control de avance de proyectos con equipos técnicos de proveedor y de Telefónica
-Para mantener el avance adecuado en la entrega de plataformas y SVA e identificación de riesgos técnicos
2. Generación de documentación técnica del proyecto, así como validación y seguimiento a sus aprobaciones con los responsables de operaciones y soporte.
-Para asegurar el cumplimiento metodológico del área
3. Preparación de requisitos para ambientes de pruebas, Ejecución y seguimiento de pruebas unitarias, funcionales y ATP
-Para asegurar la entrega de calidad en las plataformas y servicios liberados
4. Asegurar el cumplimiento de la metodología de entrega de plataforma y SVAs al área de producción y soporte.
