Asegurar el cumplimiento de programas de seguridad y regulaciones de comercio exterior mediante el monitoreo y asesoría a las áreas de la empresa, así como el análisis integral de las operaciones aduanales. Responsable de analizar, desarrollar e implementar planes de trabajo para la adopción de nuevas regulaciones en la Ley Aduanera, especialmente en el sector siderúrgico y electrico, así como de evaluar el cumplimiento aduanal, la correcta gestión de la Manifestación de Valor Electrónica y la atención de auditorías internas y de la autoridad.
