The Claims Advocate manages the claims process for commercial insurance clients, acting as a liaison between clients, adjusters, and insurers. They provide coverage analysis, negotiate claim resolutions, and offer guidance on policy terms and conditions.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of property and casualty insurance experience, including one year of claims management. An active Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory.
