We are currently seeking a Backup & Storage - Systems Programming Analyst to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Role Summary

Supports endpoint solutions deployment.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end design, planning, and execution of enterprise-grade solutions aligned with organizational standards and long-term technology roadmap.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical implementations.

· Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures, architecture documents, and best practices for operational excellence.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and reducing manual processes.

· Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements across all deployments.

· Perform root cause analysis for complex incidents and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.

· Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for critical issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.

· Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance across projects and operational tasks.

· Integrate modern tools and technologies to enhance system performance, scalability, and availability.

· Measure and report on system performance, operational metrics, and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.
