Lead the creation and growth of the Fenestration Division by developing structural glazing engineering processes and delivering technical project solutions. Manage project budgets, business development efforts, and provide technical mentorship to staff.
Requires a professional engineering designation with accreditation to sign Letters of Assurance in BC and Alberta and 5 to 10 years of industry experience. Proficiency in FEA software and knowledge of North American building codes (BCBC, VBBL, NBC) are essential.
