The Early Childhood Assistant supports the RECE and other staff in facilitating child development, implementing age-appropriate programs, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment. Incumbent will perform all, some or similar range of duties as below:
Family and Community Relations:
Fulfill all other related duties as assigned.
Governance Boards and Councils: None.
Internal: Staff members, volunteers, children in the program.
External: Parents and guardians of the children, regulatory agencies, Ministry of Education, Public Health and any other relevant agencies.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
