The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and growing revenue within an existing book-of-business by securing service agreements and increasing account penetration. They will proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues, provide education on contract details, and align WM products with customer needs.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of relevant sales experience in a non-consumer industry. Additionally, internal candidates require 12 months of proven success in a customer-facing role.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $55,000 - $62,500 . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. This position is for an existing vacancy. In addition, this position is eligible for commission.
This role is designated as Hybrid which will follow the WM Office Policy requiring in office work and an option to work remotely one day per week
