The BIM Architect will develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit while coordinating with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes. They are also responsible for preparing architectural drawings, extracting BOQs, and ensuring compliance with project BIM standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture with 3–8 years of experience in BIM modeling. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is required, along with a solid understanding of BIM standards and LOD requirements.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller – Architect to develop and manage architectural BIM models for various building projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, structural and MEP teams to ensure accurate 3D modeling, coordination, and documentation as per project requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes using Navisworks or clash detection tools.
Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements.
Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
Update models based on design changes and site inputs.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of models
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture.
3–8 years of experience in BIM modeling (Architectural projects).
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection.
Understanding of BIM standards, LOD (Level of Development), and ISO standards.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and within deadlines.
Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC.
Exposure to international projects will be an added advantage.
