Job Title: C++ Tech Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a experienced C++ Tech Lead with 8+ years of professional software development experience and Hands on in the Qt framework. In this role, you will lead and oversee software development projects, providing technical direction and hands-on contributions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing C++/Qt-based solutions, mentoring a team of developers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable software.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in C++ software development, with at least 1 year in technical leadership or team lead role.
Proven record of successfully leading projects from concept through deployment.
Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17) with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
Hands on with Qt framework for cross-platform application development (GUI, multi-threading, networking, etc.).
Hands-on experience with memory management, multi-threading, and performance optimization.
Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and lead high-performing development teams.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
