Manage clinical operations at the Bellevue Surgery Center, overseeing pre, during, and post-procedure patient care. Ensure the facility meets performance improvement, financial, and delivery requirements in alignment with the organization's mission.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a current Washington State RN license, and BLS certification. Candidates must have at least two years of nursing experience along with demonstrated leadership and performance improvement skills.
Responsible to manage the clinical operations of the Bellevue Surgery Center, including pre, during and post procedure patient care activities, meeting continuous performance improvement, customer service, financial, and delivery requirements in support of Seattle Children's mission, vision and values. In conjunction with the Clinic Directors and Director, is responsible for the day-to-day clinical functions of the Bellevue Surgery Center.
Required Education and Experience
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
This compensation range is specific to Seattle, positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors.
