The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing client budgets, consulting on eDiscovery best practices, and overseeing project workflows. They also lead team communications, train staff, and ensure the efficient delivery of solutions to meet client needs.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of work experience, including 4 years specifically in eDiscovery project management. A bachelor's degree is required, with proficiency in Relativity and strong communication skills being essential.

This role is a two-month temporary position and the Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing to a case or client annual budget, consulting clients on eDiscovery best practices, and identifying preferred paths to completing projects with a focus on reducing costs, increasing speed of delivery and use of Lighthouse technologies to drive client satisfaction. Senior PMs are responsible for planning, monitoring and managing internal and external project communications of pod members. In addition, Senior PMs provide workflow consultation, drive the development of standards and participate in the daily activities associated with providing eDiscovery support to clients.

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.
This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
