Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of renal clinical development programs from early development through pivotal phases. Provide clinical leadership and strategic medical input for regulatory documents and clinical trial protocols.
Requires an MD or equivalent medical degree with at least 10 years of experience in clinical research or drug development across Phases I-IV. Must have working knowledge of the renal disease area and GCP guidelines.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: €85,100.00 - 121,600.00 - 158,100.00 EUR Annual
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.

In addition, we provide flexible and hybrid working options, where possible, and minimum 14 weeks paid parental leave.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Long-term equity awards granted at group level may also be part of your package. Further details will be provided during the application process.
You may be eligible for a company vehicle or a car allowance in accordance with the applicable local Novartis policies and guidelines.
