Buscamos un/a Functional Product Owner estratégico, dinámico y con visión de negocio para liderar de extremo a extremo la solución de Reporting & Insights dentro de nuestra plataforma SaaS de Canales Asistidos (Assisted Channels). Tu propósito será definir y evolucionar las capacidades analíticas, cuadros de mando operacionales y experiencias de analítica embebida que utilizan los Contact Centers, sucursales y operaciones comerciales a nivel global. Serás el puente clave entre las necesidades del negocio y los equipos técnicos de alto rendimiento.
