The operator is responsible for monitoring system health, recording metrics, and performing front-line troubleshooting for complex ground-station systems. They will coordinate daily rhythms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize antenna operations and RF engineering efforts.
Candidates must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and a background in RF systems or antenna operations. A Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience is required, though additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the Ground Systems Operator to support our team in Aurora, CO. This role is critical to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a complex ground-station system. The Operator will coordinate daily rhythms, monitor system health and optimal performance through status checks, metric recording. Responsibilities will also include monitoring, analysis of system health, front-line troubleshooting and working across the team to identify solutions.
