The Service Writer/Parts Coordinator manages day-to-day maintenance scheduling, parts sourcing, and customer communications at on-site facilities. They are responsible for tracking repair orders, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring 100% compliance with preventative maintenance schedules.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of automotive, fleet, or industrial maintenance experience with proficiency in parts ordering and service writing. Strong organizational skills, experience with computerized maintenance management systems, and the ability to analyze data for reporting are required.
Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Service Writer / Parts Coordinator to join our growing team! This role owns scheduling, parts sourcing, customer communications, and KPIs for day-to-day maintenance and repairs at our on-site Boeing facilities. Working alongside Amerit Fleet Managers and Boeing CMAs, you are the lynchpin for status updates — keeping business partners informed on unit status, work completed, parts availability, and out-of-service levels, while driving cycle time, PM completion, and downtime targets.
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00/hour (depending on experience)Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every FridaySchedule: Monday-Friday 1:00pm-9:30pm

This role involves exposure to heavy traffic areas, dust, diesel fumes, noise, chemicals, oils, greases, and other irritants. The position requires the ability to access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance, and to move and position heavy objects, including parts and supplies. Frequent movement such as bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, and crawling is required, as well as the ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
