Job Summary
Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience, and contributing to the dealership's sales goals.
Job Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle needs and preferences through active listening and questioning.
Present vehicle features and benefits effectively, conducting engaging product demonstrations and test drives.
Negotiate sales and lease terms in a professional and ethical manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, adhering to company and legal guidelines.
Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all vehicle models, specifications, and available financing options.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product releases.
Collaborate with the sales management team to optimize sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
Ensure the showroom and vehicles are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Job Qualifications**
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
