This role combines transportation planning, fleet coordination, relationship management, and operational problem-solving to keep freight moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
In this position, you'll work closely with independent contractors, agents, dispatchers, van operators, payroll, and internal business partners to coordinate equipment, assign loads, support drivers, and resolve operational challenges. Success requires strong decision-making, effective communication, sound operational judgment, and the ability to balance customer service with transportation efficiency.
