The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing fulfillment and production operations, including transportation, inventory control, and customer service. They will lead and motivate staff to achieve company objectives regarding cost, productivity, and profitability.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in production, warehousing, and logistics. Strong supervisory skills, proficiency with computer systems, and the ability to manage diverse personnel are required.

Salary: $68,300 - $79,650/year base salary
This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.
