The Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing new and existing carrier partners to service high-volume lanes while negotiating margins. They will also track active loads and resolve in-transit issues by collaborating across departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of carrier sales experience and a proven ability to manage high-volume load counts. Experience with McLeod software is considered a significant advantage for this role.

As a Carrier Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new and existing carrier partners to service our customers with a high level of transparency and attention to detail. The Carrier Sales Representative will be a strong relationship builder, determined to elevate service and leverage market conditions and carrier partnerships to achieve the long term financial goals of Logan Premium.
This role is fully onsite in our Burr Ridge, IL office.
Compensation for this role is a combination of salary plus commission for every load you book- no draw.
