The Field Mechanical Technician performs mobile diagnostic, programming, calibration, and mechanical repair services at various customer locations. They are responsible for ensuring vehicle safety, documenting all repairs, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of automotive mechanical experience and the ability to perform complex diagnostics and repairs. Professional certifications including I-CAR PL3 and ASE are required within 90 days of hire.

JOB PURPOSE: The ATE Field Mechanic Technician is a mobile, field-based role responsible for delivering high quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, electrical, and safety related services to Crash Champions locations, third party partners, and retail customers. This role is intentionally designed to combine full mechanical repair responsibility with advanced diagnostics and ADAS calibration, differentiating it from calibration-only or diagnostic-only market roles.
