Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in operations leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with labor relations and safety standards are highly preferred.

This role involves ensuring that drivers adhere to company policies and safety regulations, optimizing route efficiency, and providing support and guidance to enhance performance and job satisfaction, including effective employee/labor relations, driver retention, and driver safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in transportation or logistics, and a keen ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Leadership role eligible for annual 10% bonus.
