The Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing new and used vehicles according to factory and dealership standards. This includes diagnosing automotive systems and communicating necessary additional repairs to the Service Advisor to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience and a valid driver's license with a clean record. ASE or OEM certifications and a technical or trade school degree are preferred.
| The Service Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly and Flag Rate Compensation of between $34.00 and $45.00, plus a productivity bonus equivalent up to a maximum hourly rate of $56.00 per hour based on individual performance. |
