The Operations Manager leads daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound processes, to ensure efficient movement of goods and meeting of financial targets. They are responsible for team development, safety compliance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity.
Candidates need eight years of supervisory experience in high-volume warehouse or distribution environments and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are essential.
