The supervisor plans and coordinates transportation services for PACE participants, overseeing the daily activities of drivers, coordinators, and outside vendors. They are also responsible for staff coaching, performance reviews, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of participant transport.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid CA driver's license, and a BLS CPR certification. A minimum of two years of supervisory experience and one year of routing/dispatching experience are required.
