As a Room Attendant, you’re not just ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
The 276 all suites property is located in downtown Portland, near the Convention Center, Moda Center, and theaters. The iconic Voodoo Doughnut and Stumptown Coffee are within minutes. Ideal candidate will possess at least six months of cleaning experience within hotels.
Shift Pattern:8:00am - 4:30pm including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as well the ability to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
