Pickers are a key part of keeping Maletis Beverage running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll build orders for delivery by selecting and stacking products in our warehouse using a voice-directed system. Think of it like a real-life game of Tetris—strategically stacking pallets to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.
Our warehouse is temperature-controlled (never too hot or too cold), and this role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working both independently and as part of a team, and meeting daily goals.
Pick and stack beverage products accurately using a voice-picking system
Build stable, organized pallets for delivery routes
Load and move product using pallet jacks and forklifts
Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work collaboratively with teammates to complete nightly orders
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (for illegal drugs)
Warehouse experience preferred
Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
Able to work independently and stay motivated
Lift/carry up to 45lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Stand and walk for long periods of time
