Technicians are responsible for installing, configuring, and repairing telecommunications equipment, including antennas, microwave systems, and power infrastructure at cell sites. They must also perform physical tasks such as climbing towers and structures while adhering to project scope and safety standards.
Candidates must be able to work at heights up to 500 feet and possess the physical ability to lift 75+ pounds. A strong work ethic, the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a willingness to travel are required.
