The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to maximize uptime. This includes performing preventive maintenance and collaborating with production teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Ability to read technical schematics and lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician supports safe, reliable manufacturing operations by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. This role helps maximize equipment uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Success is measured through safety performance, equipment reliability, work quality, and timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $23.00-$26.00.In addition to your salary, H.B. Fuller offers employees a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognitions programs, health & wellness benefits, 401K contributions, paid time off and paid holidays.
