The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and safety of building facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Duties also include grounds maintenance, furniture assembly, and responding to 24-hour emergency maintenance calls.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for travel between company sites.
