Perform diagnostic tests, maintenance, and repairs on diesel-powered waste management trucks and heavy equipment. Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards and maintain accurate records of all services performed.
Requires a high school diploma and experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably within waste management or heavy equipment fleets. Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and air brakes, with the ability to lift up to 70lbs.
