What You’ll Do
As a Floating Service Technician, you’ll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. From completing work orders to routine check-ups, you’ll use your hands-on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.

The expected compensation range for this position is $25.00 – $27.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
