Role Overview
The ECM Senior Technical Lead will drive delivery and operations for Enterprise Content Management platform.
This role will be supporting the Director and will be accountable for the overall ECM platform delivery; from requirements to architecture and design through development, deployment, support, and optimization. The ideal candidate is an all‑rounder who can wear multiple hats and operate as a Scrum Master, Developer, Business Systems Analyst, Architect, and Delivery & Development Lead, ensuring the ECM platform is reliable, scalable, secure, and delivering business value.
The Technical Lead partners closely with business stakeholders, architects, cloud engineering, and product owners to evolve and modernize ECM capabilities. Success is measured by platform stability, development excellence, and the ability to deliver high‑quality automation and content solutions that align with enterprise priorities.
The role requires strong technical depth, exceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, and proven leadership in fast‑paced, cloud-based environments.
What you will do
Technical Leadership & Ownership
Own the end-to-end technical design, development, deployment, and support of ECM solutions
Translate business requirements into solution architectures, technical specifications, and development plans, acting as both architect and lead developer
Lead platform upgrades, patching, automation improvements, and environment stabilization efforts
Perform hands-on troubleshooting for platform issues across application, infrastructure, and integration layers
Guide solution decisions and advise product owners, architects, and senior leaders on technical feasibility, risk, and strategic direction
Stay current on ECM, OpenShift, AWS, and ECM industry best practices; introduce modernization opportunities including AI/GenAI enhancements
Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural standards
Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the ECM and automation teams
Collaborate with product managers, business partners, and enterprise architects to define scope, timelines, and priorities
Leadership & Delivery Management
Manage team intake, backlog, and capacity planning to ensure optimal work distribution, identify resource gaps, and maintain a healthy delivery pipeline
Provide leadership with regular updates on team velocity, workload trends, backlog health, and forecasting insights to support planning and decision-making
Communicate technical concepts and project status clearly and effectively with business and technical stakeholders
Support operational excellence through incident management, root cause analysis, and prevention strategies
Build strong relationships across technology teams (cloud, security, data, infra) to ensure stable, compliant, and optimized service delivery
What you will bring
Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on expertise with delivery & development
Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer guiding complex solution delivery
Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins or similar) and DevOps/Agile practices
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and platform resilience in enterprise environments
Professional & Leadership Capabilities
6–10+ years of experience in enterprise technology roles including development, analysis, design, and solution delivery
Demonstrated ability to act as Developer, Architect, BSA, and Lead simultaneously in complex ecosystems
Strong leadership skills with experience growing technical teams
Ability to influence, collaborate, and partner across multiple groups and seniority levels
Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced delivery
Experience driving operational improvements, challenging the status quo, and leading cultural change
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills, able to dive deep and also guide the bigger picture
