シスコの社会インフラ担当SEチームは、電力、ガス、高速道路、鉄道、空港、不動産開発といった、日本の社会基盤を支える重要顧客を担当しています。ネットワーク技術を核とし、シスコの幅広い製品・サービスポートフォリオを駆使することで、お客様のビジネス課題を解決し、社会インフラのDX推進とビジネス拡大を技術面からリードするプリセールス活動を担います。

国内営業部門のみならず、本社開発部門、サービス部門、技術サポート部門と密に連携し、グローバルな知見を活かした最適なソリューションを提供することが私たちの使命です。

【職務内容】

アカウントSEとして、お客様のTrusted Advisor（信頼されるアドバイザー）となり、以下の技術営業活動を主導していただきます。

• 課題解決 と 要件定義: お客様のビジネス課題や技術要件の深いヒアリングと整理。

• ソリューション提案: シスコの最新技術を活用した最適なアーキテクチャの検討・提案。

• プレゼンテーション: 提案資料の作成および、意思決定者に対する説得力のあるプレゼンテーションの実施。

• 技術検証とデモ: 実機デモやPoC（概念実証）の設計・実施および結果報告。

• クロスファンクショナルな協業: 国内外の関連部門と連携した商談の推進。

• 差別化戦略: 競合他社との差別化を図るための戦略的な提案活動。

【必須となる経験とスキル】

• 専門知識: ネットワークSEとしての実務経験および、SP Routingに関する深い知見。

【Meet Our Team】

The Social Infrastructure SE team is dedicated to supporting key clients in sectors that form the backbone of Japanese society, including power, gas, highways, railways, airports, and real estate development. As a high-touch Solutions Engineer, you will leverage Cisco’s extensive portfolio of products and services to solve complex business challenges and drive digital transformation. You will act as a bridge between our customers and Cisco’s global development, service, and technical support organizations to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth.

【Key Responsibilities】

As an Account SE, you will serve as a Trusted Advisor to your customers, leading technical sales activities, including:

Requirement Analysis: Identifying and clarifying customer business challenges and technical requirements.

• Solution Design: Developing and proposing optimal Cisco architectures tailored to customer needs.
• Proposal & Presentation: Creating compelling proposal materials and delivering high-impact presentations to stakeholders.
• Technical Validation: Designing, executing, and reporting on Proof of Concept (PoC) and live demonstrations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with domestic and global teams to drive complex business opportunities.
• Competitive Strategy: Formulating differentiation strategies to position Cisco solutions effectively against competitors.

【Required Skills & Experience】

• Growth Mindset: A passion for taking on new challenges and learning new technologies.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a network SE with deep knowledge of SP Routing.
• Customer-Centricity: A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering value-added solutions.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong project management skills, the ability to lead teams/projects, and excellent collaborative skills.
• Cross-Architecture Proficiency: Ability to design solutions that span Cisco’s entire product portfolio.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in Japanese.

【Preferred Skills & Experience】

• Prior experience in pre-sales for Service Provider accounts.
• Broad knowledge and experience with Cisco products and solutions.
• Industry-specific knowledge in social infrastructure sectors (power, gas, transportation, real estate, etc.).
• Cisco Professional/Expert-level certifications (e.g., CCIE).
