Travaillant avec un haut degré d’autonomie, le consultant actuariel en planification et analyse financières contribue à l’organisation en améliorant les outils, les modèles et les rapports qui soutiennent les processus de budgétisation, de prévision et de planification financière de Wawanesa. En s’appuyant sur son expertise actuarielle, ses compétences en programmation et sa connaissance du métier, il transforme des données complexes en informations pertinentes qui permettent une prise de décision éclairée à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
Le consultant actuariel développe et assure la maintenance de solutions évolutives à l’aide d’outils analytiques et de visualisation modernes, notamment R, Python, SQL et Power BI. Il collabore avec les parties prenantes des services financiers, actuariels et d’autres domaines d’activité afin d’identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus, de renforcer la prise de décision fondée sur les données et de veiller à ce que les capacités de planification continuent d’évoluer pour soutenir les objectifs de l’organisation.
