The Senior EPC/TCS Project Manager leads complex technical cooling system and EPC deployment programs across the full project lifecycle. This role is responsible for driving delivery governance, managing cross-functional dependencies, and mentoring project management staff.
Candidates must have 12+ years of progressive project management experience in complex technical, infrastructure, or EPC-style delivery programs. A bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field is required, along with proven ability to lead multi-party projects with significant technical risk.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Senior EPC/TCS Project Manager plays a critical role in leading CoolIT’s most complex Technical Cooling System (TCS) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning) customer deployment programs. This role provides senior project leadership across the full lifecycle, from early scope definition, technical and commercial alignment, engineering definition, procurement strategy, contractor coordination, site readiness, commissioning, and customer handover. In addition to owning high-complexity project delivery, this role is expected to strengthen delivery governance, proactively manage cross-functional and external dependencies, mentor other Project Managers, and improve the way the PMO executes EPC/TCS programs across the portfolio.
