The Regional Finance Director oversees financial performance, reporting, and transformation across Canadian offices to drive scalable, data-driven growth. This role acts as a strategic partner to regional and corporate leadership to align operational efficiency with financial goals.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with a CPA designation and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience. Candidates should possess strong business acumen and experience with ERP/BI tools in multi-entity environments.

Compensation Range: $175,000-$200,000 CAD.
We are seeking a Regional Finance Director (RFD) to join our Finance team and support O’Dell’s teams across Canada. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Business Efficiency, the RFD oversees all aspects of financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and transformation across the offices within the Canadian region.
This role acts as a strategic partner for both our regional leadership groups and AIR Control Concepts, our parent company. The RFD ensures financial accuracy and transparency while shaping how the region operates - creating synergies across entities, professionalizing financial operations, and supporting scalable, profitable, data-driven growth.
While this role is posted for our Mississauga location, we welcome applications from candidates located in all of our Ontario regions.
