The Senior Systems Analyst acts as an escalation point for L1 analysts, providing advanced support for workstations, applications, and network connectivity. They are responsible for performing root cause analysis, managing incident responses, and maintaining standardized triage SOPs.
Candidates should possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, command line, and TCP/IP, along with strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred qualifications include MSP support desk experience and certifications such as A+, Network+, Server+, and Microsoft 365.

This role will work a scheduled shift of 9AM-6PM MST.
Physical Demands:
Sedentary Work – Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
