Quevera is seeking a highly skilled IT Field Support Specialist with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs in Annapolis Junction and Columbia, Maryland. In this role, you will provide advanced field support, hardware deployment, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure reliable enterprise IT operations supporting critical national security missions.
Working alongside a collaborative IT support team, you will deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, perform hardware installations, conduct site surveys, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across customer locations. You'll collaborate with engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services while ensuring operational excellence and outstanding customer support.
As an IT Field Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to support enterprise technologies, work directly with customers, and contribute to secure, high-performing IT environments supporting mission success.
