Candidates must have at least 8 years of progressive healthcare IT management experience, including direct leadership of managers and experience in an acute care setting. A bachelor's degree in a technology or healthcare administration field is required, with a master's degree preferred.

Reporting to the COO, this role consolidates leadership of IT Operations, Epic Applications, and Infrastructure & Information Security under a single accountable leader.
The Administrative Director carries out the strategy and vision for Health Information Technology in support of Montage Health’s strategic plan, quality commitment, and values, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws and standards. The position provides focused, hands-on technology leadership below the executive level. It translates organizational strategy into IT execution and serves as the COO’s primary point of accountability for the division
Bachelor’s degree required in a technology-related or healthcare administration field; master’s preferred.
CPHIMS, CISSP; relevant credentials such as PMP, ITIL, or CHCIO preferred.
