The Child Watch Lead oversees daily operations, staff coordination, and ensures a safe environment for children. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, enforcing safety policies, and performing general housekeeping duties.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with children aged 2 months to 12 years. Applicants are required to obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire and must pass a fingerprint background check.
