The Sales and Service Expert is responsible for driving member acquisition and retention through the sale of memberships and fitness products. They manage the guest experience from initial tour and enrollment to ongoing member engagement and support.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and CPR/AED certification, with a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of service sales experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate POS and membership software are required.
