The Fitness Coach is responsible for building positive relationships with members while providing guidance on workout equipment and maintaining a clean, safe environment. They also design and deliver training orientations to help participants achieve their fitness goals.
Candidates should have experience with strength equipment and free weights, though a fitness background is preferred rather than required. Applicants must obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire and undergo a background check.
