The Assistant Football Coach supports the Head Coach in managing an NCAA Division II program, focusing on recruiting and player development. Responsibilities include practice planning, scouting, academic monitoring, and ensuring compliance with institutional and NCAA regulations.
A bachelor's degree and previous coaching or playing experience at a competitive level are required. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands
Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours/day. Some lifting (up to 25 pounds occasionally), bending, and carrying. Ability to lift, move, and transport football equipment. Ability to demonstrate football drills and participate in on-field instruction. Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
