Employees who work on a recognized holiday are paid at 2.5 times their regular rate.
Employees who do not work on a recognized holiday receive 8 hours of holiday pay, in accordance with company policy.

As a nationally accredited continuing care retirement community, Springmoor’s campus and facilities are designed to provide our residents a pleasant lifestyle, while ensuring their comfort and safety. Whether our residents choose a house, villa, or an apartment, Springmoor will provide all the necessities of life for an affordable monthly service fee. Springmoor has a new state-of-the-art wellness center! The center features a salt water lap pool and hot tub, sauna, salon, expansive exercise room complete with the latest fitness equipment, and rooms for changing, massage, balance and other therapies. These amenities are complemented by a grill, hospitality bar, movie theater, and multipurpose room with computers. PATHWAYS, a whole-person wellness program, grows out of the roots planted early in the development of Springmoor. The program encourages each resident to pursue individual and community wholeness through a variety of activities and interests. The new wellness center, along with our PATHWAYS program empowers residents to acknowledge the good things that are and embraces new adventures and opportunities that lie ahead. Retirement comes with questions of health, safety, security and enjoyment of life.
