The Membership Coordinator is responsible for converting inbound leads into members and proactively building a sales pipeline through community outreach. They also conduct premium club tours and ensure high levels of member retention through consistent engagement.
Candidates must have 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a strong ability to manage pipelines and communicate effectively. A valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification is required, along with a genuine interest in health and wellness.

The Membership Coordinator is the first real conversation most people have with Altea. This role is compensated at a level that reflects the standard we hold and the calibre of person we're looking for. All rates of pay are confidential. Beyond base, you'll receive a performance bonus tied to membership results, complimentary Altea membership and a Plus One, group benefits, and an extensive vacation package plus paid Flex days.
Success Looks Like:
Your lead response time is fast, your tour conversion rate is strong, and your pipeline is never stale. Prospects feel informed and genuinely excited. not pressured. Members you've onboarded are engaged, retained, and referring people they care about. The Sales and Acquisition Manager trusts your pipeline because you keep it honest.
