The 50/50 Seller is responsible for driving ticket sales for charitable initiatives at TD Place through stationary kiosks or roaming representation. The role involves engaging with fans, promoting the OSEG Foundation, and meeting specific sales targets during game days and events.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with excellent communication skills and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous sales experience is considered an asset, along with enthusiasm for community involvement in sports and entertainment.
Reporting to the OSEG Foundation team, the 50/50 Seller is responsible for driving ticket sales during game days and events at TD Place in support of the Foundation's charitable initiatives. This role promotes the 50/50 program, engages with fans, and sells tickets from kiosks or as a roaming representative, ensuring clear communication and a positive guest experience. The position is focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets while representing the Foundation and contributing to its community impact. The OSEG Foundation is looking to hire high-energy motivated sellers to join our 50/50 Game Day Raffle sales team. Through the OSEG Foundation’s 50/50 raffles, one lucky winner receives 50% of the jackpot and the remaining 50% is directed to the OSEG Foundation to support its ongoing charitable efforts.
This part-time, contract role has an hourly rate of $18.10. This is a replacement position and works on site.

Founded in 2017 as the charitable arm of the Ottawa REDBLACKS and Ottawa 67's, the OSEG Foundation leverages the power of sport to help children and youth reach their fullest potential. The 50/50 raffle is held at each home-game for the REDBLACKS, 67's, Atlético, Blackjacks and other special events at TD Place. Revenue raised through charitable gaming is invested in positive youth development programs for children and youth facing barriers.
