The Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading safe, engaging, and motivating workouts for members of varying fitness levels. They must also maintain a clean studio environment, prepare necessary equipment, and collaborate with the fitness team to ensure an exceptional member experience.
Candidates should hold a nationally recognized Group Fitness or Personal Trainer certification and possess current CPR/AED certification. Previous experience teaching group fitness classes and strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
