Lead and scale the new-logo sales organization by building sales leadership and driving acquisition across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Own the overall sales strategy, revenue forecasting, and cross-functional alignment with Product and Marketing to ensure scalable growth.
Requires over 10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years leading sales organizations and 3 years managing other managers. Proven success in scaling high-growth organizations and familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC is strongly preferred.
Closinglock is seeking a VP of Sales to lead and scale our new-logo sales organization as we accelerate growth across the title insurance and real estate closing space. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building the next layer of sales leadership, driving new logo acquisition, and expanding our footprint across enterprise, mid-market, and regional accounts. Reporting to the CRO, you'll own the sales strategy and execution, hire and develop front-line sales leaders, and partner closely with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
